Notifications & daily digest

You decide how often you are informed about held-back e-mail. Find the settings under Settings → Account (or per tenant in tenant management).

Notification mode (immediate/daily/weekly/off) plus time, time zone and language for the digest.

Mode

  • Per mail (immediate) – every held-back mail triggers a notification right away.
  • Daily / Weekly – a collected list (digest) at a fixed time.
  • Off – no notifications.

Time & time zone

For the digest you choose the time and the time zone it applies in, so the list arrives at the locally intended time. The notification language is configurable too.
