Inbound servers (MX)

The inbound servers are the MX hostnames customers point their domains to. Platform admins manage them under Settings → Inbound servers (MX).

MX status per customer domain — green/yellow/red shows whether the switch has taken effect.
  • hostname and priority per server
  • read-only display for customers (for DNS setup)

When onboarding a domain, the customer enters exactly these hostnames as the MX record (see Getting started → Add a domain).
